  I had a roof emergency following our monsoons in the DC area. I noticed a leak that morning, reached out to Alan who, though he was busy, made it out to provide an estimate by noon. He was able to pull a team to together to get the job done by 5PM that same day. He saved me a lot of additional repairs. I would recommend he and his team for all your roofing repair needs.

  I am Alvin Coleman, owner of Quality Roofing-(see below comment from Portland Wilson - sevenaka7). It is unfortunate that Miss Wilson could not be satisfied. I made every attempt to rectify and accommodate all of her requests and when the overall situation became toxic, Miss Wilson did NOT have to request her money back, I refunded her money in full.
  
  I personally make every attempt to address any complaint that a customer may have. This review was written AFTER I informed Miss Wilson that I would return her funds and it is astonishing that the negative energy and unwillingness over shadowed any sense of reason to the point that refunding her money was still NOT adequate.

  Post the bad winds we had in Feb/March, I was worried that the shingles from my roof might have been stripped (there was debris all over my and neighbors front yard), so I called Quality Roofing for an assessment and quote. Though, my roof was fine (they took pics to show me), my neighbors to my left and right were not (I have a townhouse). I called the company and spoke to Alvin Coleman on a Saturday and by Monday morning, they were inspecting my roof and had a follow-up call to relay the results. Though, I didn't have to have my roof worked on, I appreciate the honesty and expediency. Needless to say, I will be recommending them to my neighbors.
