(November 13, 2018, 9:26 am)Breakfast and service at the Starbucks unaided the hotel was exceptional. Staff at Starbuxka were polite and friendly. The morning staff at the hotel was polite and friendly. The evening staff can benefit to improve on their customer friendly skills. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was able to get a good nights rest. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

(October 10, 2018, 5:03 pm)Really good location. It's a little hidden but close to plenty of shopping and dining. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the mattress was a little beat up. It's definitely starting to cave in. Only here for a couple days but would definitely recommend and stay here again.

(October 3, 2018, 2:32 pm)Excellent hotel. The always s super-friendly check-in clerk at the counter, no matter how late, or how early you arrive. A nice variety of hotel pantry items makes it possible to actually have something substantial to eat despite an extra late check-in time. Every employee I encountered at this hotel was smiling and ultra friendly, making me feel like family (this is not always the case with other hotels) and lifted my mood ever day of the eight day week which I spent at this hotel.
My room decor was somewhat "dated" however it was always clean and smelled fresh each evening, when I returned from the day of work.
Overall this is a really nice hotel with very reasonable pricing, over-the-top friendly staff, and the hotel / rooms are kept super clean.
