I walked in without an appointment last Saturday which was apparently the busiest day for all barber shops. I didn’t get a seat right away, but the girl at the front desk acknowledged me and asked if I could wait. I think that’s good service.

Needed to get my son's hair cut first thing in the morning for a funeral. Went to multiple shops that advertised they open at 8 am and none of them were open. Went to Freeman's that was scheduled to open at 830. It was 815, they were open with two barbers and 3 customers. They were polite, timely and did a good job. That is good business.
