    Went in with a groupon. They were very friendly and did a great job on the car. Communication was good and Mr. Smalls himself was there. Great little shop - will definitely be back (hopefully not soon)!

    Had a wonderful experience with fantastic customer service. Dicky was knowledgeable about the various issues I was having with my car .Financing options were also easy and affordable. Now I have my car back running smooth after dicky fixed my ignition lock. I highly recommend him!

    I got a flat tire & Dicky Smalls was the closest shop I could get my car to. I came as soon as they opened & was helped right away. They ended up having to order a new tire, so I had to wait for it to come. Although I waited a few hours (which is normal & should be expected), as soon as the tire came it took about 30 minutes for my car to be returned to me. Imagine if I had an appointment. Good customer service & nice waiting area.

    Eli and Dicky Smalls have my bmw running perfect! My is over 10 years old and has more than 170k miles and runs like water. They are foreign car experts! Just as good and prob better than the dealer and for a fraction of the price. If u are looking for the best mechanic for a fair price u go to Dicky Smalls ... period. You can thank me later

    Very timely in their service. Exceptional customer service and technical expertise. Made me feel welcomed and I could trust my vehicle with them. If you have a European based vehicle, you will find no better place to go.
