(December 21, 2018, 4:43 pm)WIlcox electric wired a renovation project and installed a new 200 amp panel at my home in SE DC. Their men were meticulous in their work, they followed up to make sure that the inspector was there on time and that their work passed inspection. They even came back to make sure a new code was adhered to a year later just to make sure that the new buyer would satisfied.
Steve Wilcox, the president of the company was incredibly easy to contact when we needed him and went above and beyond to make sure were were happy clients.
Thank you WILCOX ELECTRIC for a job well done.
(August 17, 2018, 3:57 pm)Great experience with Wilcox electric! We bought a new house recently and have grand plans to create a workshop in our basement, among other improvements. David came out and gave us a comprehensive estimate for our long wish list of items. We decided to move forward with upgrading our electrical panel and wiring our garage. We were able to schedule the work quickly and easily. David came back out on two consecutive days and with help from Jonathan and Dimas, completed the jobs quickly and efficiently and even under the estimated cost. Payment was easy and every interaction very professional. We will gladly go back to Wilcox when we are ready to tackle the rest of our wish list!
(March 24, 2018, 12:15 am)(Homeowner here:) Wilcox Electric was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Their appointment process was seamless - I chose the date and time for my service appointment, received a confirmation email shortly before the scheduled date (so no need to call and confirm), and received a call from the technician the day of the appointment to confirm his arrival time (he even asked if he could show up early - a first!). Steve was a total pro - incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He went right to work on all the tasks I needed completing. He expertly installed the electrical equipment as I had requested (new wireless wall dimmer switches), trouble-shot a problem I had with a bad three-way switch (and installed a clever work-around), installed new LED lights in a track lighting fixture over a precarious stairwell, and suggested other things I might think about doing in the future as I continue to improve my home's lighting - he even wired in some new smoke detectors to boot. Best of all, Steve explained his process along the way so that I ended up more educated about my home's electrical wiring system. Finally, I must say that the pricing was fair and reasonable - I did my homework in researching other companies before committing to Wilcox, and you would be hard-pressed to beat their rates. I highly recommend this company - and especially Steve - for any and all of your electrical needs.

If your looking for 5 star service I suggest you do the same!!!
