  Marcie was very friendly and informative! She helped my husband and I through the rental process and made it very easy. Everything was explained to us and we know what to expect on the bill. She gets 4 stars! The only thing I do not like about the facility is that it gets HOT going up and down the elevator and also while putting stuff into the storage room. Although Marcie did warn us, it was just very uncomfortable. I honestly felt like I was suffocating due to the humidity. I think they should have at least 4 dollies, 2 on each floor. And the area going into the elevator needs to be fixed. If there was a little ramp, that would be so helpful! All my things, were tipping and falling due to there being a crack on the concrete. And going into the elevator with my dolly was difficult. The facility looks clean but I did see rat poop on the dollies and on the floor. Another suggestion, it would be easier to have the pin thing where you can do it while in your car, instead of having to go out and punching it in. It was helpful when Marcie recognized us and let us in without having to get out of our vehicle. All in all, I am satisfied with this storage rental facility
