“Some friends and I went on a 17 day bike trip and wanted to get a shirt from each state we passed through. We were only in D.C for a few hours and this location happened to be closed for inventory on that day. Needless to say, we were all really disappointed and bummed out. The manager (I believe his name was Dwayne?) Saved the day! He came outside to talk to us and agreed to let us in to buy a shirt if we were quick. He even offered to ship shirts to us back in Canada if we didn’t find anything that day since we had to be quick. We know he didn’t have to do any of this. He didn’t even have to acknowledge we were there but he went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. We will be back again because of him. Thanks Dwayne!”
