“Well Kept Grounds, Friendly Front Office and Maintenance. Security is willing to get to know you rather than look tough and hard all the time. Parking price a bit excessive $75 just for 1 car and the other is free. Other apartments in the area charge between $15-$25 per car. Property Management are very active in the leasing office. Will listen to their residents and make any adjustments necessary to assist with better living. Building are cleaned 7 days a week and the lovely clean smell that we smell when walking into our buildings just give you a since of relief of *sigh* ' I'm Home'. Rent definitely went up but we are handling it as we go! Not many complaints about Carmel Midtown because they handle their property as professionally as possible. They event hold events every holiday, every celebratory event, they will hold a party for it in our lounge.. To include the residents and have fun and get to know people. THAT IS WHAT BRINGS A COMMUNITY TOGETHER!! UPDATE: 2 years later...... everything written up top has become the complete opposite. it's so bad over here you have residents fearing for their lives and their homes. Think I'm lying. Ask ANY resident that has lived there for a year or more. we even had to invest in a security and camera system because this place has gotten so bad. Just last week or so, we had SWAT bashing in doors. So again, move here if you want. you wont last long.”
