(December 18, 2018, 11:27 pm)Best time for service is early morning. They get you in and out. Mr. Mohammad is the very best! His customer service is far beyond excellence. I have been coming there over 5 years and he takes great care of me and my son who ever may come to get the car serviced. 11 stars! Thou I miss the soft ice! Everyone is always so friendly and the service techs are wonderful, they even got some snacks for my daughter from the vending machine one day! Very kind and I was in awe! Top A one service from start to finish!

(October 12, 2018, 6:48 pm)I drove my last Honda Pilot 11 years. I loved my very dependable vehicle so trading it in for a new Honda Pilot was a process not a quick decision.
We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, just to sit in the Pilots and to talk about the new features (and after 11 years there were a lot of new features).
October is a month where the 2018's are on sale and the 2019's are already hitting the lot.
After seeing the Pilots, we left to go home and give ourselves time to contemplate if we were ready to make the trade.
On Weds, I went back to meet with the same sales rep, Crystal Emerson, who had assisted us on Sunday. She took me through the differences between the 2018 and the 2019 and then we took the Pilot of my choice for a test drive.
The buying, pricing, financing experience was a breeze. I felt I got an honest and fair price for my trade-in and an honest and fair deal on the new Pilot.
It was by far one of the more pleasant car buying experiences. Honest, fair and transparent.
Crystal Emerson and the DARCARS team are knowledgeable about their product and made it an enjoyable experience.
I couldn't be happier with my new Pilot and hopefully, won't need another new one for another decade.
