  I just purchased a 2019 Kia Optima and I love it. I worked with Earl he was fantastic. He was referred to me by a friend who has leased her last three cars through Earl at Kia. He bent over backwards to help me get into my new Optima. Also, my finance person was Dwayne. He was awesome also. He helped me to get my payments within my price range. He was very informative and helpful. So, if you are thinking about buying a new car, Kia of Bowie is the perfect place to go. When you go ask for Earl and Dwayne. You won't go wrong.

  I came in on 11/16 and was greeted by the friendly smile of Earl. I was in the market to get a new car, pretty much immediately. He made the car buying process painless, by being personable and transparent. I was clear about the color and features I wanted my new car to embody. My dream car was not in the lot of the Bowie dealership; however, he ensured me that my car would be transported to this location by tomorrow morning. I was sent home that night with the model I intended to buy; since I was trading in my 2007 Camry. Which was a really nice touch.
  
  I returned the next morning to pick up my dream car. Between Earl’s white glove service and Dwayne’s assistance in the finance depar, I would certainly recommend KIA of Bowie to anyone on the hunt for a new car. Look no further!

  I would suggest you pick this Kia dealership over any others in the area. Leasing agent Earl Ward, Dewayne in financing, and the rest of the Bowie of Kia team, follow through with knowledgeable answers to any questions you may have; ensuring a stress free experience when leasing a vehicle. They worked with us to make sure we found a price that was comfortable with our expectations & budget. Excellent customer service!

  Very friendly, helpful service. I highly recommend buying your next car from here. The sales rep, John, was very easy to work with and most importantly, he was very responsive to my emails and even came in on his day off to help me get the EXACT car I wanted. John is the BEST! The rest of the team there is just as helpful and equally as friendly - Danielle, Dwayne, and the manager, Aubrey were able to answer all of my questions and get me into the car I wanted!

  My car buying experience was great! My salesman, Earl helped calm my nerves and assured me that everything would work out for me. It did! The finance guy Ken and Aubrey were great too. Five stars!
