This location is convenient for multiple reasons. It has a great staff that is patient, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and they market their fleet of vehicles.
All previous data is available for access and they reference it for repeat rentals. When needed they provide great competitive rates and availability. Any issues or problems are handled quickly and professionally.
My go-to for rental cars. Convenient. Friendly staff. Nice to get picked up and dropped off.
I don't normally write reviews but the service I got from this location was exceptional. I went in for vehicle service at Toyota of Bowie and had to leave it overnight. The service adviser hooked me up with a vehicle from Enterprise which had a convenient location at the dealership. The local representative's name was Hillary Thomas. She got me a rental car without much trouble. Did the quick walk around with me and off I went. I was a bit early returning the rental car so I left the rental car keys in the drop off box and signed my name on the log sheet at the Enterprise desk. When I got home I shot out an email to Hillary requesting a confirmation for the rental car return. But I misspelled the email address. Before I even had the chance to resend the message I got a call from Hillary confirming the return of the vehicle and that everything was okay so my credit card would not be charged. The dealer was going to pay for the rental. She also asked how everything went with my vehicle in repair. And if the rental vehicle was comfortable. I told her everything was excellent. It was then that she told me that she had wished it was under a better situation (with my vehicle in repair) that I rented a car from Enterprise. It was unexpected and very thoughtful of Hillary to make sure everything was okay with my vehicle. She answered everything I was going to ask on the bounced email. Thank you Hillary!
