  My car buying experience at Toyota of Bowie.
  
  I had the Best, the most experienced and patient Sales Man that you get. His name is Stan Lawrence. It took me about all day to make a decision. I was nervous, but he was so polite. I glad that he was my Sales Man. So if you need to make a car purchase, he is the Guy to go.

  When my car was at the dealership for repairs Kevin Biggam had worked on my car. He is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the whole process, regularly updating me via phone calls or leaving messages. He took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about anything. He even personally walked me to the car rental place (enterprise) where Anthony had assisted me. Anthony was professional and knowledgeable as well. He answered all my questions and made the process stress free.
  I highly recommend Kevin and this dealership!

  I would highly recommend this Toyota dealership. The salesman that helped us purchase our car was Stan Lawrence and he was great. He worked to get us in our car quick and hassle free. He stayed in constant communication with us during the process of finding our car and after we purchased our car to make sure we liked it and that it was working well for us. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and made my family feel welcome. They have a great kids room if you have to bring your child along with which was great for us. I thank Stan Lawrence and the Toyota family for all there help in the purchase of our new car.

  My first experience buying a car on 11/21/18 from TOYOTA BOWIE was unbelievable amazing. From the start to the end of the process thanks to the outstanding costumer service of Stan Lawrence. His expertise and experience made everything very simple and smooth. Our verbal communication and throughout the phone was very professional. I am very pleased for this purchase and the attention I received.   Toyota of Bowie Front desk Services is highly professional and very courteous. There mission is "The Customer First".
  
  Worked with Mike Best during my last Service appointment in Nov 2018. He was highly knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout till the entire service job is done. He explained very nicely about the overall condition of my vehicle and shared some recommendations for future visits.
  
  Last but not least, newly renovated waiting lounge was pretty clean. And you can enjoy complimentary Coffee and delicious Donuts in breakfast area too. I would certainly give them 10/10, this dealership deserves it!!

  Great experience with Chris V. and the entire team! We wanted a specific car that was not available in the inventory, and Chris went above and beyond to search for exactly what we wanted. He kept us informed as the vehicle was in transit-- even over a holiday weekend. Could not ask for a nicer guy, more committed to making sure we came away completely satisfied. Highly recommend!
