My service adviser was extremely helpful in working with me and explaining all the steps that needed to be taken; as well as guiding me through the financing process and choosing services that I could come back for at a later time to help with cost. 10/10 will go back for future vehicle service.

(April 7, 2018, 8:24 am)New facility across from the Starbucks, which is A LOT better than the last shop. The New Manager Kermit was very helpful & and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to explain where my car was in the process. I had come in to have my brakes checked due to some squealing. Been going here for years, and the new attention to detail and customer service is refreshing. I stopped coming for awhile because of issues in the past, but it looks like there on the right path since my initial visit back. I wanted to leave a great review so that people will give this new team another chance. There getting it right so far. They fixed my brake squeal, and I’ll be back for the recommendations. Thanks guys.
