(August 2, 2018, 12:39 pm)I was in the military for 24 years and that taught me to be straight forward. The administrating staff is very respectful and helpful. I was in another facility before Pineview but the cleanliness here is much better. Everything is available to us. I have a strong voice in the resident community and I am am always able to openly bring issues to staffs attention and they always make corrections. I requested to have a Spanish tv channel last week and this week we have on, they are always on top of things. I am never passed by, whenever I'm passed in the hallways the staff stops to talked to me and ask how I'm doing. It means so much to me to have my birthday recognized and they even managed to surprise me which meant so much.

(August 2, 2018, 12:21 pm)My therapist is one of the most excellent parts of my rehabilitation process. They work very hard to make me feel better. I also love the activities; they get me out of my bed each day and allow me to interact with my friends and other residents. One of the best parts are the church services and the singing, which really makes me feel at home.

(August 2, 2018, 12:09 pm)I am doing much better now then when I first came to the facility. I feel better and my health is up. I’m starting to feel myself again. There are very caring people working on the activities staff that are always there for me.

(August 2, 2018, 11:39 am)I love activities. The best activity we do is bingo. Jasmine is my favorite activities nurse. She will do anything with us and is very interactive. Ive been here for three years and things have only been going up.

(August 2, 2018, 11:29 am)I love the physical therapy department. All the different people I work with have a great method to help me get healthy. I enjoy the process they take you through, they really make you work. If we engage then we really make progress. I becomes more of an enjoyable activity than work.
