(November 8, 2018, 11:22 pm)This is the only anytime fitness on SE side of DC Metro area. It’s very good if your into cardio or body weight exercise. It has a wide variety of life fitness machines. The free weight area is kinda cramped even with 2 people in there, but they have real include and flat benches that most anytime fitness’s don’t have. They have a wide variety of bands and body bar for doing dislocations. They also have 2 stairsteppers which burn a lot of calories... dumbbells up to 100lb and a heavy tire in the back if you want to tire flip. They also offer personal training if you want instruction. They have boot camp type classes or boxing type workouts. Overall a good place to workout
