  I must admit that I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have been a patient since 2002. Dr. Hotchkiss was my Podiatrist and at that time he was still performing surgeries. I had the same procedure that his wife had and he even asked her to come into the room to explain her experience with me. After my procedure and healing process I did not have trouble again for quite some time. When I returned several years later I became Dr. Pointer's patient. He was timely, innovative, and secure in his actions. I appreciate the fact that he tried a variety of options with me before suggesting another surgery. He respected my ability as a health professional to be involved in the decision making process and worked with me to come up with the solution for my problem. I had complex foot issues as a woman who once ran a lot and presently has a job that requires a lot of standing.
  
  I think that a lot of the negative reviews are a result of people not understanding that medicine and medical practices change over the years. You want to have physicians who are knowledgeable and innovative in their thinking. As far as the cost of products sold in the office, maybe people should look into health spending accounts that allow one to use pre-tax dollars to cover such expenses. Your feet are the foundation of your body. If you do not take care of them, the rest of your body falls apart. You should invest in the care of your feet; I certainly do!

  What an amazing place fixed my feet! These guys know what they are doing! If you have any problems these are the people you need to go to!

  Dr. Pointer took excellent care of my foot problem and explained everything every step of the way. He was successful with my wart removal and i have not had a problem since! My son also came in with problems with with his foot due to sports activities and with out a doubt after a couple treatments he was back on his feet! The office was very clean and all staff members were all very nice!

  Dr. pointer takes his time he’s excellent! He then ask if there any questions goes beyond the call of duty, is concern about his patients. All the staff are very friendly. They’ll reschedule you if needed for your convenience.

  I visited about a month ago to get my ingrown toenail fixed, and all of the staff was very professional! I had a great experience. The place is updated and it is very inviting. You feel welcomed.
