Very Happy Customer A Plus service. I took my moms sewing machine here for service because she hadn't used it in years because it was jammed. I was trying to get it fixed for my moms birthday so she could start sewing again. I went in to the store to see if they fixed sewing machines because the sign outfront just says vacuums. The owner was very polite and he informed me that I sould bring it in or they could pick it. I scheduled them to come out and pick it up. They picked up my moms sewing machine and I ended up giving him my vacuum because it didn't seem to be working 100%. This was on a Tuesday they delivered both of them back on Thursday and they didn't charge me for the vacuum because they said it was something simple. I'm happy and I know my moms gonna be happy when she see's this on her birthday. You have definately gained a customer.
