(April 10, 2019, 6:12 am)The services are awsome I began my journey 2 years ago with my therapist and at first it was very hard to open up because I didn"t really like talking about my own issues. The staff was so patient and I didn't feel looked down on or judge when sharing the dumb choices I made. Continuing my treatment plan is one of the best decisions I've made for myself in a very long time. This practice offers a unique way of help to their patience. When I say you have a 911 and need therapy right now the staff has someone to help you immediately on the phone to get you to a safe place of calmness. Those of us that are leaders in our community it's so important to have a therapist to bring you back from that dark dead place. I highly recommend Method Therapy LLC as that safe house.

(April 9, 2019, 3:45 pm)I’ve been in therapy before, this has been the first time that I’ve been connected to my therapist in a way that has gained great results! Now, I’m not done and have only been going for just over one year, but I am so much better than before.
Ms. Crawford (because I started when she was Crawford ?) Dunn is very professional and warm, she has a wealth of knowledge and knows just when I need a tougher session and when I need to just vent. Her style is to push for results but not harder or faster than is best.
The office is conveniently located with lots of parking. The interior offices are comfortable and are conducive to enhancing the therapeutic work.
