If you have to go to PT at 0645 in the area, this is the place to do it. There are heavy things to pick up and put back down, mirrors everywhere to take gym selfies, bball courts to make goals on and a crossfit section to exercise on while giving everyone else in the gym a go to hell look.

Not a bad gym. It is actually much larger than I expected, especially the infield area for the indoor track.

I like everything about this place. Its clean, the instructors are friendly and encouraging, and the sauna is hot. The thing I like most are the people that work out there. A+.

Huge facility with two weight rooms, a cycle room, CrossFit and free weight area with a nice basketball court. The better of the military gyms that I have been to.
