    I truly enjoy my Honda pilot 2022. Extremely comfortable, plenty of storage and we feel extremely safe in this Big Girl!!

    Our sales person, Charlie Max, went out of his way to take care of us with Our needs. He was outstanding, and I would recommend him to all of my friends. They All were so friendly and willing to help us with any questions or concerns in regards to any of the vehicles that we test drove. They answered all the questions up until I actually drove off the lot.

    My only bad experience is.:
    The auto start seems to be not wanting to start. We follow the directions to the tea!

    Push the lock button once within five seconds, click and hold the auto button, the vehicle will start and the blinkers will flash 6 times. It works sometimes and then it doesn’t. Tried today. It started 1 time. Can’t get it to start again.

    Extremely annoying!!

    I purchased my second Honda Accord from Joe who is AMAZING!!! He is so informative and knowledgeable about all the vehicles and matches you with exactly what you need. With Joe you never get that "car salesman" feel he is genuine! Omar was also excellent in customer service and response. I purchased my car on Labor Day so the service department was not open to get my car tinted so I had to return the next day. David in the service department treats customers like a number and was horrible and really needs training in customer service and care. However Omar and Joe made sure I was well taken care and regained my trust in Hendricks! I live in Port Saint Lucie but would drive to Pompano again to purchase another vehicle because of Joe.....but when it comes to the service department David can learn a lot from Dan my service guy at Honda of Fort Pierce who rocks in customer care and service! Nevertheless Hendricks is very fortunate to have Joe as an employee!!!

    Went to Hendrick Honda yesterday and i left with my new car that afternoon and it was the best experience I've had at a dealership.Victor was very professional and personal, he was easy to talk to and really knew all about the car and all it can do. Victor and his manager Cezar were able to work with us and in our budget, and Julio was able to get us great rates and was great to work with. The overall experience was very enjoyable and i would recommend anyone looking to get a new car to come check out Hendrick Honda first.

    Purchased a Honda Certified Civic from Victor Avilla and could not be more satisfied. Victor was a true professional and made our car buying experience a pleasure. He was honest, responsive to communications and extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, the manager, Chauncey Reynolds, was a class act. Never once throughout our car buying process did we feel pressured. I would highly recommend Hendrick Honda if you are looking for a high quality, like new vehicle. Thank You again gentleman, you have earned my future business!

    David “Gunny” Butterly was amazing. Great service here. David told us this is one of the busiest Honda dealers in Florida. David answered ALL our questions and was very patient.

    Supply chain issues affecting availability! Manager will always try his best to get what you're shopping for. Parking can be tough.

    I know I will always get good advice when I go into Appliance Land. I’ve ordered appliances there before, and delivery has been smooth. They were helpful when I was looking for an appliance to fit into a small space in my old home. I mostly appreciate the personal expertise available to answer all your silly questions, and the offer to look up multiple items availability.

    I’m a repeat customer and always impressed by the sales staff range of technical knowledge. Price are on par or below big box stores. I’m very glad to say I’d purchase from them again. Recommend.

    Update 9/22: Delivery of both appliances is set for 9/24 and I’m pleased so far by house management at the AL Annapolis location worked to make this right.

    Update as of 9/8: I was able to speak with Chris, the general manager, and share my experience at their Beltsville location. He was very , open, understanding, and talked me through the concerns I had for the items I wanted to purchase and install. My impression based on this conversation has changed for the better and am hopeful I'll leave as a satisfied customer.

    Appliance Land had come recommended by local residents for their service. However, the customer service experience there was off putting and insulting. I appreciate the gentlemen taking time to speak with me about the options, but his demeanor aired on the side of abrasive and condescending. The information about the limitations associated COVID which resulted in limited inventory options was helpful. But when I asked him to clarify something he breezed through, he responded with "you weren't listening." I am visually impaired and have difficulty with hearing when people use the mask, which is something most people find challenging. So speaking more slowly would have been helpful. I did not need him insulting my intelligence with his attitude. I was ready to spend a good amount of money there based on the recommendation for this local business. But I was happy to leave and go elsewhere.
