  This is my second time coming to Gerber for auto body repair and this company continues to exceed my expectations. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for the Gerber-College Park team.
  
  All of my updates were timely and detailed via phone call AND email. Everyone was pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and to make sure all of my repairs were taken care of.
  
  Everyone was magnificent. I want to specifically shout out Amy, Jennifer and Sam. These three women created the most welcoming, hear-felt experience for me. Out of the kindness of their heart, Amy and her team went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 110% satisfied.
  Getting into an accident is stressful (of course), but this was the most stress-free experience. This is no surprise, though, because the first time I came here, the experience was great and so was the end result.
  
  The finishing product is AMAZING. My car is sooooo clean and looks brand new, inside and out! This team deserves recognition in every aspect.
  A million thank-you's to the Gerber-College Park Team. I am beyond grateful for all of you!

  This place is amazing, the people that work here are great and very personable and they really care. They even helped me with some of the issues I outside of what I came for for free. I will come here anytime I ever need anything done for my car. I love these people!

  Came in to inquire if some issues I noticed with my front bumper were covered by their Lifetime warranty. Matt was extremely helpful and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommend this place, especially for USAA members.

  Gerber Collision not only provides outstanding service, but customer service at this shop is impeccable! Everyone, and I mean everyone in the entire shop is very friendly and genuinely cares about the customer. This is rare as you don’t see this type of service every day. This shop is truly committed to customer devotion, and it radiates!
  
  My vehicle was broken into and vandalized. Gerber Collision had their towing company tow to their shop. The manager, Matt, and his team were awesome! Matt has a very kind and understanding personality. They went beyond what I had expected. I was only expecting this shop to do what needed to be done which was to replace the broken window to my vehicle and the driver’s side airbag. To my surprise, they also cleaned my vehicle inside-and-out and made it look new, not to mention that it needed that good wash. Now if that isn’t excellent service, I don’t know what is! A very big thank you and kudos to Matt and his team, and thank you too, Jennifer, for your diligence!!! I would certainly recommend this shop without hesitation! :-)

  Jennifer and especially Matt made sure everything was 100% painless. I was thoroughly impressed with the repairs, frequent updates and the staff members friendliness and professionalism. I will be returning in the future!
