Once they provided me a quote and I had to put off the work for six months (they said it would be safe) and when I came back, they honored the quote. I highly recommend them.

(December 6, 2018, 12:47 pm)These guys are the go-to for honest, quality, fairly-priced mechanical work. Friendly staff and a nice waiting room, too. It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust so when you do you want to hold onto them forever. Rising Sun fits that bill.

(November 30, 2018, 7:43 am)Went in for 15,000 mile service. My car was ready after a reasonable time. We talked about whether or not anything was found during the inspections then I drove home a satisfied customer. I noticed the next day that they had adjusted the parking brake / rear brakes. I don't remember the dealership doing that when I brought the car to them.

My husband uses their services, as does his parents (who originally recommended them to us)! Never have I had a single problem with them, they are quick and courteous and willing to work with you on whatever your needs! I can't recommend them enough. They are reliable, friendly, and (so badly needed in a mechanic service) fair!

(October 31, 2018, 1:41 pm)I needed a MD state inspection as soon as possible. After hearing about this shop, I immediately headed over to check it out. The staff welcomed me and immediately took my car into the service area for inspection. I was told my inspection would take two to three hours, but they finished in just over one hour. After working with the mechanics to help resolve my vehicle's discrepancies, I was out the door with a passing state inspection certificate.
From arrival to departure—and everything in between—I received nothing but first class service. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to work with each and every person who walks through their doors. They even offer a complimentary shuttle to local customers who prefer to drop off their vehicles for service. It's no wonder they have so many repeat customers and stellar reviews.
This shop is amazing and I highly recommend that you drive your vehicle here for all of your automotive needs!
