  The food was really good. I had the catfish, crab fries, and hush puppies. The drinks were strong! Shout out to the bartender. I think his name was Mike. The manager on shift was a blessing. She gave over the top customer service. The best part of our experience was our waitress Donnita. She was fun and attentive and just an excellent waitress all around.

  Got the chance to visit Hook & Reel. Met Crystal (our waitress) who has the customer service skills far beyond her years. I admitted I was a rookie. And, she schooled me. I had one of the best seafood culinary experiences since my first blue crab. Go!!!! It's Covid-19 conscious the foods is epic.

  Food was great, the service / server needed some improvement on his people skills. I cant fault him too much....hard to hear correctly while speaking g with masks on...
  I was disappointed by they're use of carryout cups while dining in. The flavor of the beer changed and it was warm from the tap. If they step up they're bar game I'd go again
