In fairness, I'm doing a 180 on my original review, from last week, to reflect the excellent experience I just had with GWPA-the administrative staff and, particularly, Dr. Sussal.
I see the practice is making a concerted effort to be accessible to its patients. (They simplified the menu options in thr greeting....and answered the phone!)
And, having never been seen by Dr. Sussal until today, I'm relieved to be quite impressed with his expertise and his practical, to-the-point medication management style. I walked out of his office feeling heard about my symptoms and I felt I was in the good hands of a competent psychiatrist to address those symptoms.
Based on today's experience, I've changed my rating to a four. If they keep this up, I would highly recommended them to new patients.
Good therapy and consistency, my meds are refilled on time and regular appointments are easy to make. Joshua Sussal is a great and intelligent psychiatrist and I would highly recommend his offices.
