Are they the cheapest? No. But I've used them across 3 houses and 5 years+ and never had a reliability or quality issue. I would recommend them for service.

Had a great experience today with John C Flood when we just got home from a delayed flight and arrived at 5am to a condo sitting at 93 degrees. Called John C Flood and their on-call guy made it to our place in about 1.5 hours when we were quoted 2 hours. Brian and his assistant Raul were super friendly and explained the issue so we understood what was going on and also how to proceed if the issue persists as the work they did today may only be a temporary fix to a bigger problem. Great communication and their informing is what made me feel really good. I hear Flood may be a bit pricier than other places but I would say it's well worth the service.

Other than having a hard time getting some paperwork faxed over once and getting a call back once, they've been great for me. They installed an HVAC unit 8 years ago, installed a hot water heater 3 years ago, and then came back several times when I had some crazy tenants who kept trying to complain about things, and they replaced coils and replaced a thermostat on the hot water heater and didn't charge me anything. They've been very helpful with dealing with my crazy tenants, getting me everything I need and not charging anything additional. I also met someone a few weeks ago who said John C Flood is the one they always go to when they need plumbing or HVAC service, so I'm confident I'm dealing with good people.
