The absolute best experience I’ve had at a hair salon. Professional, polite, and friendly staff. The receptionist who answered the phone was so sweet and accommodating. My stylist, Jania, was very attentive and friendly. She took her time and got to know me through a consultation before starting on my hair. I decided on a blow dry and curl. I never felt any heat during the process. I was extremely happy with the finished product. My hair had moisture and so much bounce. I will definitely be back.

This salon is of premium quality. The services provided are superior. It is very upscale and extremely professional. I am very pleased with the customer service. My hair has never been in this condition. Milan, the owner is definitely a hair care professional. All of the stylist provide the same excellent customer service. I have had a braided hair style by Sasha, who does an excellent job, and regular hair care by Naeling, and Ja-la who are both very professional. You can't go wrong with anyone at Chi Bella. From the time you walk in the door, you are greeted with the brightest smile from Chi until you exit, you will be happy with your service and time spent in this salon.

I had a Wonderful consultation with Master Stylist /Natural Hair Care Specialist Milan! (Thats the title I'm giving to her 😊) She and her team were very thorough and accommodating. Here's how it went. Being a first time client, I filled out the necessary paperwork in office - the questions dealt with everything from my hair concerns (hair health) to my medical history. (She keeps a chart for each of her clients). And there was a very good reason for this. After Milan reviewed my history she and I then sat down for a one on one. She asked me what my main concerns were and then went into her assessment. She discussed how diet, medications and habits play a big part both internally and externally in your hair care. She then looked my hair over and discussed the treatment. And a plan of action was developed! I am extremely Happy and Blessed to have found her!
