Each step was explained as I transitioned from one member of the team to the next (i.e., IV Nurse, nurse obtaining medical history, anesthesiologist, OR nurse, etc.,). Dr. Jackson’s wonderful bedside manner and explanation of the procedure she would be performing and willingness to answer any questions before beginning was outstanding.
