    Getting a appointment was a breeze! I was in urgent need of getting my wisdom teeth removed due to having a big cavity on one of them. The front desk staff are so courteous and personable! The office was beautifully appointed. The doctor and Nurse (I’m pretty sure her name is Debbie) are so nice and knowledgeable they answered all my questions and felt comfortable with my procedure. The surfer went great and actually only had a little swelling the first day. If I ever need any more dental help (hopefully I don’t lol) I will definitely come back.

    I'm giving 4 stars to the doctors and medical staff. I'd give only 2 stars to the front desk, but the doctor and medical staff were so great that I don't want to lower their review score.

    Found out that my daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed just 2 weeks before she was reporting to college. After calling about 10 offices, this one gave me a same week appointment and soon after her wisdom teeth were removed. I told the front desk staff that I had 2 insurances, the main one and a dental one. Apparently I'm the only person in the planet with 2 insurances because it was like I was speaking a different language. They ended up charging me an amount, which was almost $1,000 more than what my insurances covered. It's been 6 weeks and they haven't even printed the check to send me a refund. It's funny how we patients have to pay immediately at most offices, but have to wait so long for them to issue a refund.

    I'd still recommend this office, the doctor and medical staff were truly great!

    The surgery (extraction) went flawlessly. Only very minor discomfort compared to previous dental work elsewhere. The surgeon and entire staff were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I was kept involved and made aware of every step taken. I even received a follow-up call the next morning from a real person, not some impersonal automated service. I would recommend them for any dental work needed. 5 star rating. Outstanding service.

    I absolutely wish Bowie Oral Surgery was in-network for my oral surgeon needs! The doctor is beyond experienced. The atmosphere is calm and the doctor is quick and very clean!! I literally experienced no pain after getting work done here.

    Wonderful and kind staff. They helped me feel at ease despite my almost full-term pregnancy. Dr Egolum and his very nice assistant explained in detail every procedure and my expectations post-op. Overall, i had a great experience. Thank you Bowie Oral Surgery
