I have used Silver River to manage my rental for several years and can attest to the quality of their support. I managed the property myself for years and I'm pretty demanding about good service to my tenants. Silver River is quick to respond and find solutions for problems. They have an excellent network of contractors.

They have been great about consulting and advising me about the care of the property. In my time with Silver River, I have had four reps and all have been excellent. I also like their financial reports, making my bookkeeping much easier.

I am sure they have many clients, but I always find that they are accessible and responsive even if a problem requires a good bit of followup.

Arrived with in 10 minutes appointment time which worked perfectly with my schedule. He fixed it quickly and was very efficient. He was able to the the particular repair for no cost. 5 out of 5

Shawn follows through with every request and question. No matter how small or large! She is great at keeping you in loop every step of the way. True mark of someone who gets what customer service is all about! AND It can be really stressful dealing with repairs in a rental. Shawn makes it easy to understand the process and how to connect with the maintenance people. She's always been so understanding when we talk to her. It makes living in a rental much easier knowing there is someone managing who cares.
