(April 28, 2021, 9:50 pm)Dr. Yeldell was very kind and took the time to understand the problems I was having. She was very outgoing and really listened to my concerns. I am a new patient after my employer changed insurance companies. I visited another Kaiser doctor prior, and did not have a good experience. Dr. Yeldell was more than happy to refer me to a trusted specialist and even went over the pharmacy system and online appointment system with me since I haven’t been with Kaiser long. I am genuinely thankful for the care I received.
