Came here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! Delicious burgers, fun cocktails, and so many great games to play! Our server was very attentive and personable. We came with our kids and they had a blast too. Will definitely be back!
Stopped in for a black bean burger and some game play, and received great service from the moment I walked through the door. Their collection includes classics like Monopoly and newer stuff like GoT, but they also have obscure games like The Spill—a multiplayer quest to rescue aquatic life from oil spills. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, the chai milkshake was delicious, and the bathrooms were clean. As an added touch, there’s a staffer on-hand to give recommendations and answer questions about the games. They also played a decent mix of ‘90s hip hop. I’d go back.
One of a good restaurant in college park area. Ambiance is nice and gives a good vibe.
Coffee is really good. I liked cortado and pumpkin latte. Espresso martini was also nice. Food was delicious and fresh. Tried Falafel and fries as sides and it was really good. Staff is very friendly and courteous.
Service is slow but you can definitely plan on spending more than enough time here as you can play board games while enjoying your drink or food or waiting for it. They have an excellent collection of board games. Note - It’s $5 per person on table to play board games.
If you want to work, Wi-Fi is available, password is pasted around the shop.
Restrooms are gender neutral and clean.
The parking can be tricky, there’s a paid metered parking behind the building in an open space, spots are limited. There’s also option to use parking lot opposite to the restaurant in a shopping complex.
Came in for lunch. Service was friendly and attentive though food and drinks came out a little slower than I would've expected for as quiet as it was when I visited.
The pozole was pretty good, but that French toast was to die for (it was Mexican chocolate sauce with almonds and a tre leches inspired creme). The London fog (aka specter for Halloween) was also phenomenal.
Really want to come back to check out the board game rental system some time, and for more food.
As a student, this is one of my best restaurant experience in college park area. The food was really good, tried the chicken sandwich: Mike’s mistake. I would recommend it, chicken breast in sandwich was moist unlike other places I have had chicken breast in a sandwich. The fries provided as sides was really crispy and tasted really good. Caramel late was okay. Food presentation was good and staff was friendly.
Most importantly, this place has an amazing collection of board games. If you plan on spending some more time, you can play your favorite board games while enjoying your food.
The parking can be an issue however one can park in a parking lot opposite to the restaurant in a shopping complex.
Restrooms were clean and usable.
