This place is good and the staff. But if you are traveling metro and it says it's going to be closed 10-15 minutes early. So don't waste your time. If metro messing up, don't even go. I understand some people want to help but you don't make it don't try it. As it took me almost 2 hours to get because of metro busses run out not running. I'm mad writing because it took time out my day just for me to make it but doors already locked. So basically it just wasted 4 hours of my day. This left a sour taste in my mouth. Good day I’m want to start by saying that every time I’ve come here it’s always a pleasant experience. Even the one time I couldn’t donate because they didn’t want to restock me because of the safety measures.
I was touched that they value our lives that much. I feel that I do have a connection with my phlebotomist. I’m happy I can give back and also have a little extra cash in my pocket.

The staff is professional and courteous. They create a very welcoming atmosphere, and they work well as a team. Great way to earn some extra money and save lives. Refer a friend and earn more money.

I’m a donor at the District Heights Branch. I have been going there for over 2 hrs. The staff there is so friendly and patience. They remember your name and also treat you like family. I can’t just recognize a single person because all I have came in contact with are nothing but amazing. I would highly recommend that if your are planning to donate plasma you should make this your donation site.
