Dr. Riggins is the best "Family Primary Care Physician" my family has had in years. She is passionate about providing quality service to her patients. One of the qualities I respect and love about Dr. Riggins is her honesty. If there is a problem that she thinks needs to be addressed by a "Specialist" she will not hesitate to give a referral; in an effort to get you the best care for your concern or health issue. She is Patient and empathetic. Dr. Riggins invest time and her knowledge in each of her patients. She treats you like a family member. She handles a wide variety of family medical issues with aplomb. What I appreciate the most about Dr. Riggins is that she is proactive and advise me of changes in my medical vitals.
