(August 13, 2021, 8:21 am)Would have been five stars...Mark, Andy and the crew are usually totally on top of things. I've been going to Mark for nearly 20 years. Up until this spring they've been, correct, efficient, and done it all at a fair price. This spring I've had some off point diagnosis from them and it's really cost me. Having said that I'm back in their waiting room for an oil change. I will be getting a second opinion about major things in the future. But I'll be back.

(September 4, 2020, 4:16 pm)I LOVE Andy & Mark!!! I have been going to them since 2005 or 6 when they were Bladensburg Rd in DC when they moved around I followed. I love going to them because they don't BS you. They know what they are doing and don't mess up your vehicle and try to cover it up. They work hard to try and get your vehicle back to you the same day if possible. They get an infinite number of stars in my book. Also, if they don't do whatever you need done they refer you to someone who does. And he's great too!!

(August 29, 2020, 1:36 pm)Mark and Andy are great honest mechanics. Although their shop is focused on transmissions, they installed new struts and springs in one of my cars and diagnosed several codes on my older car.
I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking are an honest assessment and high quality work. I feel lucky to have found them. -

(July 15, 2017, 10:34 am)I was recommended by Jose at Lee's Auto (3315 8th St NE) after a diagnostic from them.
The quoted amount was what I paid and the work was done the same day. It turns out my experience was not unique. Andy was my contact and he always answered his phone. Great service.
Tip: This place is near the rear of the driveway. Drive further back to get to the business and enter near the garage.
Fyi: the website on the card does not match this business.
