He is always willing to share conversation while processing my order and I really appreciate that. Whenever I go to his register I am always greeted with a smile, and he provides assistance to me with getting my clothes to the car, even in the rain. Thanks for your kindness and hard work????

(December 10, 2018, 12:49 pm)I went to the store to get my clothes dry cleaned. A very happy and friendly young man greeted me. His name was Antonio. He was very polite. I was having a few issues but he helped me quickly come to a solution. His Customer Service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! There should be more people like him!! He is a valuable asset to The Zips Company. Thank you Antonio for your Service!

My observation has been that Annetta has always there when the store opens and initially is the only employee on registers as others trickle in 10-15 minutes after opening. I’m always greeted warmly and have never had a bad experience with my dry cleaning here.
