(which was Landover) I was not disappointed this time and I definitely have to thank Carlos who was there at the time. I'm glad he was there to change my mind about the way I felt about Extra Storage. So overall, thank you Carlos for everything, you definitely now your customer service.

(October 31, 2018, 3:42 am)The staff was exceptionally friendly, thorough and accommodating. Every time I’ve gone to the office (3 times so far) the customer service is outstanding. My experience with this Extra Space Storage exceeds my experience with other storage places. I would highly recommend the Landover, MD Extra Space Storage location.
