I had a wonderful experience with ETS! Their customer service was on point, super friendly and very attentive. Their technicians were professional, respectful of my home and kept me well informed through the process. Reliable and quick, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Leon and Max were friendly, efficient, and got the job done. My son had dropped black slime and maple syrup on the carpet. ETS Orlo was able to get the stains out of my carpet. I was thinking I was going to have to have my carpet changed. They saved me hundreds of dollars! I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

After hearing great things about the service by ETS from my sister, I decided to call and schedule a carpet cleaning. Kate was helpful and responsive & able to schedule my cleaning in a timely manner. Leon & Max arrived on time and ready to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, making my carpet look new again. Once they were done, the carpet looked fantastic and my house just smelled fresh. I am very pleased and will definitely call again for another cleaning.
