I have several policies-personal and business that run through Erie and often have "irritating" request and she always obliges. Extremely courteous and has a great sense of humor. Works hard. Definitely a huge asset to her organization.

My family has been a customer for over 10 years and Heather Bocci has been our agent providing us with outstanding service the entire time!
