(April 11, 2023, 9:13 am)Customer service was awesome. The ladies work efficiently to ensure they have a smooth flow. I was able to get a new patient appointment in under 1 week. They have nice early hours and ample parking. While I was a little bothered that the physician did not do an exam, I understood why. The office scheduled me for a colonoscopy within 2 days of my visit to allow further examining. I must say I will return and will refer patients. This process was a breeze. They accept all insurances except DC Medicaid. Great job staff!!
