“I'm going to be honest, it's been years since I've stepped foot in a gym. The experience I had working out at the River Dale Park Golds gym is just what one needs to keep them motivated. PLUS, they have a 3-D body scan to show your areas you're wanting to improve on. Game changer!! This gym is so spacious and free of being over crowded at any given time. I tried working out in the early morning and during the evening time. I was happy to be able to find a empty machine and weights to use! The staff is never too busy to greet you upon entering to check in either! I'm also a mom. the kiddie club helped me out a great deal when I needed to take my son along. Saving the best for last. After you have completed your workout the hot steam room awaits you!! =))”
