“My son has just completed Stage 1 of his orthodontic process; our experience with Dr. Scott and his team has been excellent from beginning to end. I currently have two children who are orthodontic patients of Dr. Scott's; they have received excellent care from his entire staff. The techs are truly professionals with children - kind, thoughtful, comfortable, cheerful, and patient. We see Dr. Scott himself at each visit, and he is careful to explain each step of each orthodontic stage clearly (and repeatedly, if necessary). Additionally, the appliances and methods Dr. Scott has used are innovative and effective; this was one of the primary differences (and reasons we chose this practice over two other orthodontics doctors). For example, he did not resort to nighttime headsets, nor was there ever need for us as parents to turn 'cranks; to tighten appliances. The appliances and methods he used seemed to work much more "with" our kids' mouths and stages of development, rather than to mechanically "force" their teeth into and out of place. I liked that the methods he applied were gentler on our kids' mouths but worked effectively in a reasonable amount of time. Further, Dr. Scott has made every effort to accommodate our limited financial resources, offering us discounts for paying all at once, having more than one child in orthodontics, making appointments at "off times," and a free consultation and x-rays. We have been extremely pleased with such personal and exceptional dental care - and our entire family feels like we're meeting friends at their appointments rather than "going to the dentist."
