I will start off by saying that after a failed attempt at getting carpet installed with another local company, I contacted Cardinal Distributors the day before Thanksgiving 2020 asking the craziest question... which was...Do you have carpet available that can be installed today? I was in desperate need of getting carpet the same day because I had family coming to stay with me that evening and we needed to make sure the space was ready for them, which meant the flooring needed to be installed. Chris, the sales rep that answered my call was courteous and tried to get me the help I needed by first connecting me with a carpet installer. After solidifying that if I found carpet that worked for me, it could indeed be installed the same day, I headed over to their showroom. Chris helped me find a quality carpet and padding and at a very good price. Chris was very personable and honest. This was greatly appreciated especially after the poor experience I had with the other carpet company.
