From beginning to end the service was flawless, the reps were very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything I needed to know about the computer and answered all of my questions. Windows 10 is new for me and they gave me a tutorial on many of the functions that I was not familiar with. When I got home and set up my computer I couldn't find one of my files. I called Geek Squad, and since I live 5 minutes away, I took my computer back over, and the rep was waiting for me when I arrived. In five minutes he showed me how and where to locate the file. I highly recommend using Geek Squad!!”
