He later was honest with me about my brake pads having more life span than I anticipated. His straightforward statement allowed me to save hundreds of dollars on replacement parts that I will not need until January. He even asked me if I still wanted a new brake bae rear sensor instead of assuming I still wanted that work done. When he completed the work, he took time to fulfill my request to indicate a distinct sound in my car when I occasionally brake. In brevity, he prioritized my actual needs for my vehicle over financial gains. Charley arranged for his locksmith to come out and make me one. But, they had to buy codes and Ken paid for this personally. He is a good Christian man. I love this company. My insurance company called me to tell me Call Charley is on the way. Upper Marlboro is 30 minutes is about 45 minutes from my location. Well Charley pulls up to help 8 minutes after the call. It was dark cold and i was not comfortable, charley calmed me down and changed the tire. He was so nice and understanding a real gentleman. He said I have daughters and would want them treated the same way if they had a problem. Awesome service”
