“Update 12/26/18 (back at 5 ⭐): We got in touch with Charles! He said he'll be by tomorrow or Friday. I'm really glad, because he did great work. Update 12/21/18 (changed to 2 ⭐): When Charles did work in our house, we paid him ahead of time for the kitchen light fixtures to be changed. (When didn't have them at the time) He told us to call him back when we picked them up. Once we did we called him. I've called three times and left messages, none of which he responded to. He has our money and we do not have the requested work completed. I didn't want to leave this review, because we really liked him. But, three unanswered messages cannot be overlooked. IllI try again, but the next unanswered message will result in us contacting BBB. I really hope he reaches out. Charles came to my house to repair a closet light, a socket, and to give us an estimate for our kitchen light fixtures. He was very knowledgeable and fair in his pricing. He was also thorough and worked quickly. We'll definitely be calling him back!”
