The technician, Frank, was friendly and efficient. He was able to quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater and had it repaired in a timely manner. He was also super helpful. We had paint cans too close to the water heater (can cause a vapor lock) and he personally moved all the cans to another part of the basement room. Highly recommend!”
