“This is a hidden gem located in the old Pizza Hut. My friend and I shared birria tacos, sopa de birria and the tacos dorados. The sopas pair really well with the crispy dorados. The broth itself was very rich in flavor and you can tell all of the meat juicys were marinating in it for hours. The birria tacos packed plenty of flavor and the tacos dipped in the consume were perfect. The staff here were really friendly. Highly recommend this spot if you want some quality Mexican food. I'll definitely be back to try their other taco specials and dinner items.”

Gabby Gilbert, the property manager has been the best. She is always attentive to my needs and she follows-up with whatever is happening. The maintenance staff has always been the best. Their response is within 1/2 days at the most. The entire group is first rate to me. Thank you Mosaic staff!!! Part 2. Still happy here, but,,,,,, way to many fire alarms.. People do not exit the building anymore. This needs to be addressed please. It’s going off now, 10:30pm- 10:39pm, Sunday night.”

“Dr. Gillem and her staff are amazing. They provided the best care for my dog when I brought her in and continued her care throughout her cancer treatment. Dr. Gillem was willing to listen and provide sound advice about new treatments. Dana and Kate, who are the vet techs took an interest in my girl and I always felt as I was leaving her in the hands of people that cared about Pi as an individual. I cannot say enough about them. Sadly, Pi's cancer was a terminal form but I am convinced that I would have lost her so much earlier without the help of Dr. Gillem and her team. If you have a pet with cancer, her office is a wonderful place to land. They are compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gillem is clear with what you can expect and helpful when trying to decide what course of action you should take. I was always clear on the risks and the potential benefits of what I was considering.”
