For the pick up, PODS was flexible with the pick up window and helped me avoid a pick up delay by coming hours earlier than my pick up window at my request. Their phone reps were calm and empathetic with my panic and once again, the same driver: what a pro. Other than that, barely anything shifted in transit, no damages, and the drop off and pick up went smoothly. I'll most likely be using this service again.”
