(January 6, 2019, 11:32 am)Long trails close to sea level. (Muddy after rain) penitrating roots in the paths make it a advanced biking trail.
Great for the dogs and scenic jogging or walking. No paved trails from what I see.
Large play area with jungle gym, tires, seating benches, pavilion with picknic tables, and gazebos large and small.
Lots of water ways, creeks and swamp land. -

(October 21, 2018, 3:16 pm)Park is really well kept. Plots are far enough apart to have a healthy amount of privacy. Electric and Non-Electric loops are carved out about the same. Dumpsters located on each loop. Water points along each loop. Bathhouse centrally located and kept neat and clean. Park store at entrance to loop sells small sundries. Firewood house next to camp store....Best surprise ever....didnt know about that.... brought firewood with. Wood bundles $5.00 each, sold on the honor system, put your money in the box !! Plenty of hiking trails. Lake is small and basic, canoes $10.00 per hour. Tire park was fun for all ages. I recommend this park !!! Great job Maryland Natural Resources and Park Rangers.

(October 17, 2018, 8:37 am)RV electric site: I felt that the sites were spacious and it gave a sense of privacy with how they allowed the wooded landscape to surround the individual sites. You definitely did not feel like you were on top of your neighbor. Park ranger came around with their ambassador owl and it was fun to randomly learn about barred owls! They seem to have fun events there, but we passed it up cause there are great wineries close by (: The arboretum is next door too and you can easily spend a whole afternoon there. Bathhouses were maintained.
