  Today I went to the Ace Hardware in Centerville MD. I needed 3 single gang outdoor rated cover plates.
  
  The lady at the front kindly pointed me in the right direction. I went to the aisle & to my dismay, the shelf for the cover plates was empty.
  
  I really, REALLY needed those cover plates.
  
  And then I met him. The man. The myth. The legend. John H.
  
  I informed him of my dilemma and he went into action. He found out that more plates were ordered and went searching. He also informed other staff that I needed those plates.
  
  Soon after he returned with some large bins full of products. We searched and he found me the exact amount of plates I needed. I was overwhelmed with happiness.
  
  Thank God for John H. He restored my faith in humanity, as well as customer service.
  
  We need more people like John H in this world. John H, if you are reading this, thanks again for coming through. #JohnH
